In shadows deep, where secrets lie,
Rosaline plots, with a gleam in her eye.
Her heart consumed by envy's flame,
As she schemes to play a deadly game.
With whispers sweet, she lures him near,
Romeo, lost in love's veneer.
Her siren song, a melody of deceit,
As she leads him to his fateful defeat.
Through moonlit streets, they wander on,
Unaware of the curse that's drawn.
Rosaline's magick, dark and deep,
A web of lies, for love to reap.
At Juliet's door, they finally stand,
A pawn in Rosaline's wicked hand.
She bids them enter, with a smile so sly,
Knowing the curse will soon comply.
In Juliet's embrace, Romeo falls,
While Rosaline watches, from the walls.
The curse unleashed, its power dire,
Consuming them all, in flames of fire.
As the smoke clears, and ashes fall,
Rosaline stands, the last to recall.
Her plan fulfilled, her fortune secure,
But in her heart, a darkness pure.
For in the game of love and lust,
Rosaline's victory turns to dust.
Her soul consumed by greed's cruel art,
A prisoner of her own black heart!

    Upsurge of Workload Identities
For the better part of the past two decades, identities within the corporate world have largely been viewed through the lens of the user. And why wouldn’t that be the case? Once we cleared the days of nuisance attacks whose goals were nothing more than disruption, cybercrime got more professional, calculated, and financially motivated – and the No. 1 adversary objective became human identities, which proved easy to fool and enable access and allow malicious hackers to not only infiltrate a target, but elevate privileges once inside so they can inflict maximum harm.
While identity-based attacks are still very prominent – and have largely focused on the individual – a gradual shift toward targeting non-human identities is occurring, and this is only expected to become more pronounced. That’s because workload identities are running laps around human identities, outnumbering them by as many as 45:1.
The push toward distributed microservices, SaaS services, and automation within the modern enterprise means more systems and services need to interact without human intervention. This necessity demands more credentials for workload-to-workload communication, expanding the potential attack surface.
Modern IT architectures, including cloud, microservices, and containerized environments, are inherently complex. Each service or microservice requires credentials to communicate with other services..
This transformation is not without its consequences, setting in motion a series of cascading effects:
The velocity and scale at which new workloads are deployed are escalating → Consequently, the frequency of workload-targeted attacks is on the rise → This surge exposes a critical gap: the lack or makeshift nature of tools to effectively counteract these threats.
Such developments raise pivotal questions about an organization's capacity to safeguard its operations, fulfill customer expectations, and comply with regulations, requirements, and standards. So, how are our workload identities growing at such mind-boggling rates?

In the serene backdrop of a Kenyan village, Savita Claes and her sister Sonam embarked on a journey of cultural discovery. With their Indian heritage as their guide, they eagerly embraced the chance to immerse themselves in the traditions of another land.
However, as dusk descended upon the village, their adventure took a dark turn. Three tribesmen approached them with an unsettling request—to undress naked in accordance with local customs. Disoriented by the suddenness of the demand, Savita and Sonam hesitated but ultimately complied, trusting in the hospitality of their hosts.
Yet, their trust was betrayed. The tribesmen drugged them, and as consciousness slipped away, they were whisked away into the dense jungle.
In the heart of the wilderness, they became pawns in a horrific ordeal, subjected to unspeakable acts of violation and exploitation by their captors.
As the first light of dawn pierced through the canopy, Savita and Sonam regained consciousness, their bodies battered and their spirits shattered. Alone and vulnerable, they stumbled back to the village, their trust in humanity shattered by the heinous betrayal they had endured.
Though their scars may heal with time, the trauma inflicted upon them would linger, a grim reminder of the darkness that lurked beneath the surface of seemingly idyllic surroundings. And as they retreated from the village, they carried with them the weight of unspeakable horrors, forever changed by the harrowing ordeal they had survived.
((Cinematic close-up)) of a mustachioed engineer in a ((soot-stained leather coat)), standing beneath the dim glow of flickering gas lamps, glaring at a ((clunky steam-powered automaton)) frozen mid-stride. His ((brass-rimmed goggles)) are pushed onto his forehead, revealing furrowed brows and piercing green eyes filled with frustration. The contraption, a self-winding delivery machine, hisses angrily, steam escaping from its joints, gears grinding uselessly. The slick cobblestone street reflects the neon glow of a towering clock looming over the industrial skyline. Sparks dance from exposed wiring, acrid smoke curling into the damp night air. The engineer’s ((gloved hands clutch a wrench tightly)), his knuckles white with tension, as if willing the stubborn machine to obey. A ((brass raven)) perched on his shoulder lets out a metallic caw, its red eyes flashing with amused mockery. Passersby in ((Victorian-era attire))—top hats and corsets—watch warily, muttering about yet another failed marvel of modern ingenuity. The city hums with the relentless churn of progress, yet here, in this moment, technology has refused to comply. Now, if you never had a day a snow cone couldn't fix
You wouldn't relate to the rogue vocoder blitz
How he spoke through a NoDoz motor on the fritz
‘Cause he wouldn't play rollover fetch like a bitch
And express no regrets, though he isn't worth a homeowner's piss
To the jokers who pose by the glitz
Fine, sign of the swine in the swarm
When a king is a whore who comply and conform
Miles outside of the eye of the storm
With a siphon to lure out a prize and award
While avoiding the vile and bizarre that is violence and war
True blue triumph is more
Like, "Wait, let it snake up out of the centerfold
Let it break the walls of Jericho, ready go"
Sat where the old, cardboard city folk
Swap tales with heads, like every other penny throw
